The first room you see if the first double bedroom which is situated on the ground floor. A few steps further and you step a spacious living/dining room. There is also an extra large wide screen smart tv, ideal for chilling after a long day of sightseeing. At the other end of the living you there is a walk gully style fully equipped kitchen/diner, which includes also includes tall fridge freezer, microwave, oven, electric and electric hob. The property hosts, two bathrooms all equipped with toilet sink and shower, one downstairs and one upstairs. Upstairs offers three beautifully presented bedrooms, ideal for families or groups. We’re located just off Breck Road, close to Liverpool city centre. If you're driving, use postcode L5 6QS for your Sat Nav. There’s easy access from the M62 – simply follow signs for Liverpool, then head towards Walton Lane. Rydal Street a cul-de-sac residential street with no through road, just minutes from Anfield Stadium. Free on-street parking is available and we have a visitor permit, which will need to be displayed in the vehicle window. If arriving by train, the nearest station is Kirkdale or Sandhills, both around 10-minute walk away. From here, you can easily travel into Liverpool Central or out towards Southport. There are several bus stops just a short walk from the property on Breck Road. Regular services that take you directly into Liverpool city centre in around 10–15 minutes, stopping at key locations like Queen Square and Liverpool ONE. You can also catch buses towards Everton and Walton. For up-to-date information on routes and times, visit the Merseytravel website. There is a Visitors Parking Permit for use during your stay. You can find the Visitors Parking Permit in the placeholder on the wall in the hallway. Please ensure you place this in your vehicle in clear view on the dashboard when parking outside the property. At the end of your stay it is imperative that you return the Visitor Parking Permit to it's placeholder in the hallway.

Everything was absolutely brilliant. The facilities were amazing, the place was extremely clean, the host was lovely and let us check in an hour early! The home was super smart and the beds were extremely comfortable. Me and my girlfriends have enjoyed our stay throughly and will definitely be returning in the future! Everything was perfect.
