A spacious two bedroom property which can sleep up to six people including the sofa bed. The apartment is furnished beautifully to the highest standard and tastefully decorated throughout. The property is in the perfect location for the whole of Merseyside including Liverpool, and also benefits from free high speed Wi-Fi and ample parking.

Good to know

When entering the property, you step into a hallway with a modern control panel that operates electronics and gadgets throughout the apartment. The first room on your right is the master bedroom, which contains a king-size bed, storage space and a desk. Modern décor and furnishings complete the room and it also has a small en-suite, which contains a toilet and sink. Also in this room is a versatile console table which can be used as a chic vanity for getting ready or a dedicated work space. There is a large main bathroom containing a lovely walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and an impressive mirror framed by coloured LED lights. The bathroom also has coloured LEDs built into the ceiling along with heated flooring. The second bedroom is at the end of the property and features two single beds, these can be pushed together if you wish. There is also ample storage space for your belongings. Modern décor and furnishings complete the room. The open plan living room, dining room and kitchen is stunning! There are dining chairs and a table for you to eat at. There is a fully stocked kitchen including cutlery and cookware, so that you're able to prepare meals. The kitchen also contains a microwave, hob and oven, as well as a washing machine, tumble dryer and integrated dishwasher. The lounge area has a comfortable sofa, which turns into a sofa bed, side tables and a Smart-TV. We hope you love the modern décor and furnishings as much as we do! Neighborhood

The property is set on a main street in Wallasey, meaning there are lots of shops, public houses and places to eat all within easy walking distance. Although you're on a main road, you will not hear the noise from within the property. It is a residential area and you'll see lots of families around. There are parks, promenades, beaches and the River Mersey not too far away! If you fancy a trip into Liverpool, it's roughly 15 minutes in a taxi. If you're into your architecture, there are lots of different buildings from various periods of Wallasey's history. There is a small convenience shop just a few doors down from the property, as well a a Tesco Express and a Home Bargains for your everyday essentials just a short walk away.

The area benefits from public transport via Mersey Travel who operate buses, trams, trains and ferries. There is a bus stop just over the road from the property. Currently the 411 stops at these and travels from New Brighton and back taking you all the way through to Birkenhead and stopping at the Secombe Ferry Terminal and also Woodside Ferry Terminal where you can catch the Ferry over to Liverpool. The bus stop travelling to New Brighton are situated on the same side of the road of the property. If you wish to get around via taxi or car, you are very close to the Kingsway Tunnel (Wallasey Tunnel) which is well connected to the motorway networks. The closest train station is Wallasey Village. Trains run regularly to New Brighton and Liverpool from this station. There is lots to do in Wallasey, but we would recommend taking public transport as walking to somewhere like the New Brighton Lighthouse is a 50 minute walk. Ground floor apartment suited our needs for a short stay in Wallasey, so our daughter and nephew could visit Liverpool Uni. The extra toilet and sink was appreciated when there are 5 people staying. Clean throughout with all the listed amenities. The main bedroom has a window straight on the the street but you can keep the blinds closed and the main road traffic noise wasn't loud enough to stop us sleeping soundly on a Friday night. The beds in both bedrooms were set up as twins, comfortable but quite narrow in width. There needs to be an extra comfy chair in the living area to provide extra seating for 5+. No private outside space if you stay in the warmer months, but nice walk along the Mersey just across the road behind Wallasey town hall. Convenient corner store just a few doors down. We booked for a discounted price (c.33% reduction) so the cost was reasonable for 2 weekend nights in the Liverpool area in February.

Come up from London to Liverpool for a night out. Birkenhead is a little rough but it’s a decent area the locals say hello and as a Londoner you ain’t used to that😂 The gaff was a very comfortable spot though. Definitely recommend if you’re going out in Liverpool

Had a brilliant stay at Louisa’s place. This was a very last minute booking as I had another booking cancelled and Louisa couldn’t have been more helpful, arranged a code and extra linen for our stay. The property is fantastic, parking right outside and all the facilities right at hand. Thank you so much for a wonderful week!
