When entering the property, you step into a large spacious hallway, greeted with a 'hello' button to control all smart devices/switches throughout the property. There is a large spacious living room with a comfy corner sofa which transforms into a sofa-bed. There is also an extra large wide screen smart tv, ideal for chilling after a long day of sightseeing. Along the hallway you come to a fully equipped kitchen/diner, with fully extendable dining table . The kitchen also includes fridge freezer, combi microwave, coffee machine and air fryer. The property hosts, three bathrooms all equipped with toilet sink and shower, one downstairs and two upstairs. As well as the two bathrooms the upstairs comprises of three bedrooms. Two larger bedrooms, each features two single beds which can be pushed together if you wish and one single bedroom. This property has been recently renovated, we hope you love the modern décor and furnishings as much as we do!

We’re located just off the A59 (County Road), close to Liverpool city centre. If you're driving, use postcode L4 0TT for your Sat Nav. There’s easy access from the M62 – simply follow signs for Liverpool, then head towards Walton Lane. Skerries Road is a quiet one way residential street, just minutes from Anfield Stadium. Free on-street parking is available and we have a visitor permit, which will need to be displayed in the vehicle window. If arriving by train, the nearest station is Kirkdale, a 15-minute walk away. From here, you can easily travel into Liverpool Central or out towards Southport. There are several bus stops just a short walk from the property on Breck Road. Regular services, including the 17, 26, and 27, take you directly into Liverpool city centre in around 10–15 minutes, stopping at key locations like Queen Square and Liverpool ONE. You can also catch buses towards Everton and Walton. For up-to-date information on routes and times, visit the Merseytravel website. There is a Visitors Parking Permit for use during your stay. You can find the Visitors Parking Permit in the placeholder on the wall in the hallway. Please ensure you place this in your vehicle in clear view on the dashboard when parking outside the property. At the end of your stay it is imperative that you return the Visitor Parking Permit to it's placeholder in the hallway.
